2. Upload AMA CPT® Data (.txt)
Upload the official AMA CPT® text file. This will extract concept ID and descriptions. Critical for maintaining accurate clinical billing workflows.
3. Upload CMS RVU Data (.csv)
Upload the official CMS RVU CSV file. This will update the WRVU values utilized for radiologist productivity tracking.
4. Add Custom/HCPCS Code
Manually register an HCPCS or custom code so it appears in the procedure selector. Any submissions here create an audit trail via the API logs.
5. Yearly Code Sync
Run this immediately after updating the Active Release Year and uploading new AMA and CMS data. It will deprecate retired codes and queue new codes for placement.

These codes are no longer in the AMA/CMS release and have been automatically deactivated. (Ensures non-billable codes cannot be selected in the Reading Queue)

6. Beta User Invitations
Send an email-bound invitation code to prospective beta users. Invitations will be sent directly from admin@docrvu.com via Google Workspace SMTP.

7. AMA CPT® Royalty Seat Reporting
Calculate distinct active commercial user seats for American Medical Association (AMA) CPT® quarterly licensing royalty filings.
User Walkthrough: How to Run & File Quarterly AMA Royalty Reports
- Select Year & Quarter: Choose the target calendar year (e.g., 2026) and reporting quarter (Q1: Jan–Mar, Q2: Apr–Jun, Q3: Jul–Sep, Q4: Oct–Dec, or Full Year).
- Generate Report: Click Generate AMA Seat Count Report to execute the database RPC function (`get_ama_quarterly_active_users`) which queries all distinct providers who logged procedures or shifts during that timeframe.
- Review Active Seat Total: The "Distinct Active User Seats" counter and role breakdown reflect your official billable user counts (Attending, Fellow, Resident, Allied Health) for AMA royalty filing.
- Export Compliance Log: Click Export CSV for AMA Filing to download an auditable CSV audit log containing anonymized user IDs, clinician roles, seat classifications, activity timestamps, and procedure count totals with the required AMA copyright header.
8. Specialty Layout Presets Manager
Configure, add codes, and customize starter layout grid templates for all medical and surgical specialties (Radiology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, GI, etc.). Changes will apply to all new user signups and layout resets.
